The Public Participation form is closed.

All Board meetings are broadcast live on its YouTube channel. Meetings are also recorded. These recordings are posted on the Board’s YouTube channel and are available to everyone as part of the permanent, public record.

REMOTE TESTIMONY

Anyone who desires to testify at a Board meeting must  register at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to start. When registered, the user will receive an email containing a Zoom link and participant instructions.

The remote testimony Zoom link is registered to an individual and is valid only for that individual for that specific meeting. Individuals must not share the Zoom link with anyone else.

Committee and Board Chairs will require Zoom participants to:

1. raise a virtual hand before being invited to speak; and
2. display the same name on the Zoom screen that was used to register for public participation.

If the name on the Zoom screen does not match the name used to register, or if they are unable to raise a virtual hand, they may be prevented from testifying.

Users are strongly encouraged to install the official Zoom application on their device and not to use the web version of Zoom. Please verify that the official Zoom application is configured correctly and that the device has a working microphone and internet connection.

The web version of Zoom does not allow users to raise a virtual hand, and they may not be invited to testify.

Committee and Board Chairs are also authorized to manage hearings by limiting duplicative testimony and setting time limits for testimony, as needed. Chairs may also modify the order of agenda items.

Participants are requested to provide concise, truthful testimony in a dignified, respectful manner.

If a committee hearing is postponed or canceled after a person has signed up to testify remotely, the person must re-register when the hearing is rescheduled.

Remote testimony, along with materials presented or distributed to the committees or Board, will be streamed live, recorded, and publicly available on the Board’s website.

Recordings of the Montana Board of Investments meetings prior to February 25, 2026, can be found at leg.mt.gov. Please note that timestamps may differ.

The Board of Investments makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in public meetings.  Persons needing an accommodation must notify the Board (call 406.444.0001 or write to PO Box 200126, Helena, Montana 59620) no later than three days prior to the meeting to allow adequate time to make needed arrangements.
